Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Workday Product Architect to lead architecture design, delivery, and support of Workday Finance solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Workday Finance modules and collaboration across Finance, HR, IS, and business stakeholders.

You will drive integration strategies, oversee complex configurations, and mentor teams. This is a 100% remote position with compensation aligned to the market and eligibility based on registered payroll states.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience with Workday platforms, with hands-on expertise in at least two modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance).
• 3+ years in an architectural, lead configuration, or technical design role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure Workday Finance architecture.
• Collaborate with Finance/HR/IS to gather requirements and drive successful implementations.
• Develop integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Provide governance on data, controls, and audits within Workday.
