Job summary
The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Workday Product Architect to design, develop, and deploy comprehensive Workday Finance solutions.
You will shape the architecture to support Finance processes, ensure scalability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives, and collaborate with Finance, HR, IS, and other stakeholders. This remote role requires leading integrations, optimizing workflows, and mentoring consulting and technical teams across Workday HR/Payroll/Finance
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of progressive Workday experience including HCM/ Payroll/ Finance modules.
- Experience leading architecture design and integration strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead scalable and secure Finance system architecture.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, IS, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop integration strategies between Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Oversee configuration changes with best practices and minimal disruption.
- Mentor consulting and technical teams on Workday implementations.
- Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to drive improvements.
