Job summary

Everforth TopBloc in the United States is seeking a Workday Compensation post-production consultant at multiple seniority levels (Consultant II to Managing). You will work remotely or in Chicago with clients to implement and optimize Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation for diverse industries.

You’ll analyze compensation configurations, support transactional data, and contribute to sales scoping and project delivery while delivering excellent customer service and collaboration across

Qualifications

• 1+ years Workday Compensation/post-production support experience with a Workday partner.
• Certification in Workday Compensation or Advanced Compensation required.
• Experience with merit, bonus and stock plan configuration.
• Experience with compensation data, pay-for-performance and calculated fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong customer service orientation and collaboration ability.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and tickets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; positive collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Workday Compensation solutions for clients across industries.
• Address Workday Compensation issues as they arise for clients.
• Participate in internal training and share knowledge with peers.
• Support internal initiatives to improve the team and department.
• Guide consultants through development and handle escalations (Manager level).
• Contribute to sales materials and scope projects for the sales team (Senior/Principal).
