Job summary

Everforth TopBloc seeks a Workday Recruiting Consultant at varying levels to drive recruiting deployments for diverse clients. You will work with clients to implement Workday Recruiting configurations, gather requirements, and design solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include leading project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding junior consultants. Travel between 25% and 45% is required, with opportunities for remote work in a consulting capacity.

Qualifications

• Workday Recruiting Certification.
• 1+ years experience implementing Workday Recruiting configurations.
• 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Recruiting solutions.
• Knowledge in offer letter configuration, job requisitions and job application dynamic process configuration.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust.
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations.
• Ability to travel 25-45%.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Recruiting technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels.
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels.
• Define, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs.
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization.
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday development and handling escalations.
• Utilize Workday experience to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team.
