Job summary

EverforthTopBloc in Chicago is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant I to design, configure, test, and implement payroll solutions across multiple industries to meet client needs.

You’ll define payroll processes aligned with business objectives, work directly with clients to resolve issues, participate in internal trainings, and pursue Workday certification while traveling 30–50% as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience manipulating data in Excel with functions or macros.
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting preferred.
• Payroll processing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday Payroll solutions for clients.
• Define and implement payroll processes aligned with client objectives.
• Resolve Workday Payroll issues for clients.
• Participate in internal training and share knowledge.
• Attend Workday payroll training and pursue certification.
• Travel 30-50% as required.
