Job summary

Rula, a remote‑first healthcare technology company, is hiring a Workato Administrator to own automation that connects Salesforce, Zendesk, and daily operations tools. You will build automations to remove manual work, investigate integration failures, and make failures visible going forward while collaborating with Technical Program Managers, Salesforce admins, and developers on the Business Systems team.

The role requires 2+ years building enterprise integrations on Workato or similar platforms,

Qualifications

2+ years building and maintaining enterprise integrations on Workato or equivalent.
Direct experience administering Salesforce or as integration owner.
Hands-on troubleshooting production integration failures with robust error handling.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, auth, external ID matching.
Proven track record delivering automated solutions with measurable results.

Responsibilities

Own automation that connects Salesforce, Zendesk, and operations tools.
Build automations to remove manual work for the operations teams.
Investigate integration failures and make them visible going forward.
Identify fragile processes and implement more robust solutions.
Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Salesforce admins, and developers on the Business Systems team.
