Rula is hiring a Salesforce Architect to design data flows between patient, clinician, and insurance systems, connecting Salesforce to the tools our operations rely on. You will work directly with end users to implement durable, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, architecture decisions, and cross-team collaboration to speed patient access to care while maintaining security and compliance in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building on Salesforce, incl. 2+ years in design decisions for large/complex implementation.
• Hands-on ability to write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation; judge build vs config decisions.
• Experience designing Salesforce data exchanges with other systems; secure, monitor, recover when they fail.
• Experience designing data models that hold up over time and ownership across systems.
• Track record explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders and gaining agreement.
• Experience setting technical standards via design reviews, documentation, or mentoring.
