Job summary

Rula is seeking a Workato Administrator to own the automation that connects the systems the team relies on daily. You will build automations between Salesforce, Zendesk, and other tools to reduce manual work and improve reliability across operations.

Based in the United States (remote-first; Hawaii not included), you will partner with the Business Systems team to diagnose integration failures, implement robust error handling, and help shape how automation scales across the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise integrations in Workato, or a comparable platform.

Responsibilities

• Own automation connecting systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, and operations tools).
• Build automations to remove manual work for ops teams and investigate integration failures.
• Ensure failures are visible and design robust error handling and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Salesforce Administrators, and developers to scale automation across the company.
