Job summary

Rula is a remote-first company hiring a Workato Administrator to own automations connecting Salesforce, Zendesk, and operations tools. You will build workflows that remove manual work, diagnose integration failures, and improve robustness.

Collaborate with TPMs, Salesforce admins, and developers on the Business Systems team to shape automation use across the company. We value hands-on experience with enterprise integrations, a proactive approach to automation, and the ability to deliver

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise integrations in Workato or comparable platforms.
Direct experience administering Salesforce or integration ownership with a Salesforce team.
Hands-on troubleshooting of production integration failures and robust error handling.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and external ID matching.
Proven ability to identify manual processes and deliver automated solutions with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Build automations that reduce manual work for operations teams.
Investigate why integrations fail and ensure failures are visible going forward.
Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Salesforce Admins, and developers on the Business Systems team.
Own the automation platform and influence how it's used across the company to cut costs and fragility.
