Rula is hiring a Salesforce Architect to design data flows between Salesforce and the tools used by our operations teams. You will work directly with end users to deliver durable solutions, shaping how patients, clinicians, and insurers interact with the platform.

The role demands 7+ years on Salesforce with hands-on coding and data-exchange design experience, plus a track record of communicating complex choices to diverse teams. This is a remote-first position across most US states.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years building on Salesforce with design responsibility on large/complex implementations.
• Hands-on ability to write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation.
• Experience designing Salesforce data exchanges with secure, monitored integrations.
• Experience creating durable data models and owning data ownership across systems.
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences and align stakeholders.
• Experience establishing technical standards via design reviews and mentoring.
