Job summary

University Annual Giving & Stewardship in the Office of Engagement seeks a work-study student employee to support direct marketing tasks including data proofreading, message and email execution, and vendor communications.

This role offers up to 20 hours per week, remote work with occasional in-person collaboration, and a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. Candidates must be current UVA students with federal work-study eligibility and be prepared to sign an NDA.

Qualifications

• UVA student in good standing with federal work-study eligibility.
• Resume required.
• No prior experience required.
• Must sign an NDA and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data proofing and execution of texts and emails, and vendor communications.
• Support marketing campaigns research and maintain the ACMC calendar.
• Assist the Direct Marketing team; perform other related duties as assigned.
• Interns must sign an NDA and maintain confidentiality.
