We are seeking driven individuals, both full-time and part-time, to join our team as a Virtual Life Insurance Agent and/or Sales Manager, working remotely.

As a Yellowstone Virtual Insurance Agent, you will assist families—through our marketing efforts—who have recently closed or refinanced a home loan and are requesting contact to purchase Mortgage Protection Life Insurance, which covers their home in case of unexpected death or illness causing income loss. You will have access to our proprietary lead platform, which generates leads from individuals and families interested in life insurance.

As an Agent/Sales Manager, you will work with your Manager/Mentor to hire 3-5 independent agents, full-time or part-time. Qualified Sales Managers will earn daily commissions from their own sales, plus additional weekly commissions and monthly bonuses based on their team’s performance.

You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, assessing insurance needs, and providing personalized recommendations. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable insurance agency.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Most full-time agents work Monday-Thursday, enjoying a three-day weekend. Most part-time agents work 2-3 evenings a week or on weekends.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact for insurance matters.
2. Assess clients' insurance needs through interviews, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
3. Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on individual circumstances.
4. Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and limitations to help them make informed decisions.
5. Assist clients with completing applications, gathering documentation, and submitting policies for underwriting.
6. Follow up regularly to review policies, address questions, and adjust coverage as needed.
7. Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate favorable terms.
