About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Client Services Department. This full-time remote position reports to the Client Services Manager and serves as the primary contact for our SMB clients. The role requires managing client relationships while collaborating closely with internal teams including designers, developers, SEO, paid ads, and social media specialists. The ideal candidate is skilled at discussing digital marketing strategies and excels in client service, campaign management, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and liaison between clients and internal teams to manage and grow client marketing portfolios
  • Educate clients on additional services and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop realistic goals to grow client businesses using Local SEO, Paid Social, and SEM strategies
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs
  • Collect client assets and information to support content creation and marketing deliverables
  • Ensure quality assurance of marketing materials to maintain brand consistency
  • Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks
  • Serve as the intermediary between clients and the web development team for website projects

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Sales experience is highly desirable
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
  • Passion for SEO and digital marketing
  • Project or account management experience or skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, Facebook Business Pages, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
  • Experience with paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus
  • Proficient in G-Suite tools including Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Email, Calendar, and Drive
  • Reliable high-speed internet access required
