Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Work and Family Life Specialist (Remote) to provide one-on-one consultations, workshops, and information/referral services for the Fleet and Family Support Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years' equivalent experience in social science or related field.
• Experience presenting and facilitating trainings for groups in person and online.
• Experience using digital tools to support virtual training.
• Knowledge of FFSP programs and related areas such as deployment, relocation, life skills, and employment readiness.
• Strong technical skills to set up equipment and run virtual sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual workshops across Work and Family Life Program areas.
• Provide one-on-one consultations for service members and families.
• Provide location-specific information and referral services, in-person or virtually.
• Support disaster preparedness or crisis responses globally.
• Assist Shipboard events and R&R efforts aboard Navy ships.
• Enter information into the government system of record.
• Utilize collaboration platforms and video conferencing tools for virtual service delivery.
• Perform basic tech troubleshooting and cross-train for other areas.
• Support marketing and outreach to promote program services.
• Other duties as assigned.
