Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science or related behavioral science field or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
• Experience making presentations and facilitating training for large and small groups in person and online.
• Experience using digital technology to facilitate virtual training.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-person and virtual workshops for service members and families.
• Provide one-on-one consultations across Work and Family Life program areas.
• Provide location-specific information and referral services in-person or virtually.
• Support disaster preparedness or crisis response with in-person or virtual services.
• Provide in-person support aboard Navy ships for events and reunions.
• Enter information into government records systems for all services rendered.
• Utilize collaboration platforms and video conferencing to communicate with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot basic technology issues during delivery.
• Cross-train and support additional program areas as assigned.
• Support marketing and outreach to promote program awareness.
