Job summary

WorkCompCentral is seeking a full-time hearing representative or licensed attorney for a primarily remote position in California.Occasional in-person appearances for trials are possible. Responsibilities include covering WCAB remote hearings, client calls, preparing PTCS/exhibits, and negotiating settlements.

Ideal candidates will have WCAB trial experience, completed trials, and 1–2 years WCAB experience (2+ preferred).

Qualifications

• Must have WCAB full trial experience.
• Must have completed trials.
• 1–2 years WCAB experience; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover WCAB hearings (remote).
• Conduct client phone appointments.
• Prepare PTCS and exhibits for trial.
• Negotiate and settle cases in and out of court/depositions.
• Conduct WCAB trials as needed.
