Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Senior Web Developer to own WordPress development, performance improvements, and attribution. You will work remotely in the Pacific Time Zone, collaborating directly with the founder to ship fast, scalable pages and a robust component library.

Requirements include 5+ years of hands-on WordPress experience, strong PHP skills, and fluency with Elementor Pro. You will own schema, CTA optimization, and analytics, driving ongoing improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on web development with WordPress and modern tooling.
• Deep WordPress and Elementor Pro fluency; PHP fluency required.
• Real Cloudflare and WP Engine experience with security, caching, and staging.
• Strong attribution and analytics chops (GTM, GA4) and schema basics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our WordPress site; publish 3–5 new pages per week via the component library.
• Drive page speed and Core Web Vitals improvements and auditing.
• Configure Cloudflare, WP Engine settings, and security rules.
• Implement JSON-LD schema across LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, and more.
• Own GTM/GA4 tracking, conversions across ads, and attribution workflows.
• Lead site migration and long-term ownership after launch.
