Great Minds is seeking a Senior Web Developer who blends strong front-end engineering with WordPress expertise. You’ll build modern, responsive sites using React, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Storybook.

You’ll develop custom themes and plugins, work with ACF/Gutenberg, optimize SEO and Core Web Vitals, and collaborate with designers and marketers in an Agile team. 5+ years of WordPress production experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production WordPress sites end to end
• Strong PHP/MySQL/HTML5/CSS3 fundamentals
• Experience with SEO/AEO and structured data
• Git-based workflows in agile environments

Responsibilities

• Build reusable UI components with React, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Storybook
• Develop and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks
• Apply WordPress hardening, OWASP practices, and performance optimizations
• Ensure semantic HTML, accessible templates, and proper meta/canonical tags
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers in sprints
