Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Wood Coatings TS Rep – TEXAS – HOME BASED to support field and lab activities. You will work with the sales force and lab to ensure product performance, provide training, and assist with color matching and documentation for designated accounts.

Requires a four-year degree and at least 5 years in wood coatings, with 50–60% travel. Spanish bilingual skills are a huge plus. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree and 5 years in coatings/applications required.
• Willing to travel 50-60% regionally and overnight.
• Bilingual in Spanish; strong color matching skills; training customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily, weekly & monthly field and lab time.
• Communicate with lab on product development and coating performance.
• Qualify coating modifications and verify parameters in lab.
• Provide training on applications and coating performance to customers.
• Maintain documentation and procedures for accounts.
