Wood Coatings TS Rep – TEXAS – HOME BASED is a work-from-home role in Texas leveraging your wood coatings application experience. Spanish language skills are a huge plus as you support field and lab activities, plan schedules, and communicate with customers.

The Technical Service Rep collaborates with sales and the lab to support plant implementations, troubleshoot performance, document results, and maintain accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years coatings/applications experience required.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% regionally and out of town.
• Spanish bilingual is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily/weekly/monthly field and lab activities.
• Communicate product performance, customer needs, and issues to team.
• Coordinate lab work for coating modifications and testing.
• Provide training and education on applications and performance.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely communications with customers.
