Ideal candidates are Spanish-speaking with at least 5 years of wood coatings experience, strong color matching skills, and the ability to travel 50–60% regionally. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree and 5 years of coatings experience in the coatings/application field are required.
• Able to travel 50-60% regionally and overnight.
• Bilingual in Spanish with wood coatings spray experience is highly preferred.
• Confident in color matching and comfortable teaching customers on shop floor processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule time spent in field and lab.
• Communicate product performance, customer needs, and issues to the lab and sales team.
• Coordinate with the lab on formula adjustments and coating performance requirements.
• Qualify coating modifications and verify parameters through testing in field and lab.
• Provide training and education on applications and coating performance to customers.
• Maintain documentation and procedures for all customer products used in the field.
