Job summary

Kitsch LLC is seeking a remote ShipHero-focused specialist to keep e-commerce orders flowing and monitor our warehouse workflow. You will ensure orders move smoothly from land to ship, manage daily pace, and keep systems honest across ShipHero, insights, and automation.

You bring hands-on ShipHero experience, 2–4 years in fulfillment/3PL, and a proactive, systems-thinking approach. Strong English communication helps you escalate issues quickly while overlapping Los Angeles warehouse hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ShipHero experience required.
• 2–4 years in e-commerce fulfillment, WMS or 3PL operations.
• Systems thinker who spots related failures.
• Calm under pressure during peak days and launches.
• Natural fixer with a proactive mindset.
• Strong spoken and written English; clear escalation when urgent.
• Overlap with Los Angeles warehouse hours.

Responsibilities

• Keep daily health of online orders from ShipHero landing to shipment.
• Watch pacing against orders and flag delays early.
• Prioritize oldest, most urgent orders for timely shipping.
• Ensure each order is ready: statused, allocated, and visible to the right teams.
• Monitor ShipHero: statuses, queues, batches, and automation rules.
• Troubleshoot root causes, reprocess orders, and prevent stalls.
• Pull reports to answer questions about aging, bottlenecks, and shipped items.
