Job summary

Kitsch is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate in Los Angeles to keep our online orders moving from the warehouse floor to shipping. You will manage order flow, monitor daily pace, and ensure prioritization of urgent orders while maintaining accurate status and visibility for teams.

Experience with ShipHero and a strong background in warehouse operations are essential. The role requires standing on the floor for long periods, weekend availability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) and hands-on ShipHero experience is a big plus.
• 2–4 years in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or 3PL work.
• A systems thinker who checks what else might break when one order breaks.
• Calm under pressure during peak days and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Keep orders flowing from warehouse intake to ship.
• Monitor daily health of online orders and flag delays early.
• Ensure orders are correctly statused, allocated, and visible to the right team.
