• On-the-floor availability with ability to help where needed; weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Keep orders flowing: own daily health of online orders from receipt to shipment.
• Keep floor stocked and moving: drive putaway, replenishment, and visible inventory.
• Coordinate people: work with floor leads and be the go-to problem solver.
• Keep systems honest: monitor ShipHero, fix root causes, and pull reports.
