Job summary

Kitsch in Los Angeles is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Associate who keeps e-commerce orders flowing from the warehouse floor to shipment. You’ll work between the floor and office, immerse in ShipHero, and fix issues fast to prevent delays.

You’ll manage stock, reallocate inventory, coordinate floor leads, and troubleshoot systems daily. The role suits someone calm under pressure, comfortable standing all day, and fluent in English (Spanish helpful). Compensation discussed.

Qualifications

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS); hands-on ShipHero experience is a big plus.
• 2-4 years in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or 3PL work.
• A systems thinker: when one order breaks, you check what else broke the same way.
• Calm under pressure. Peak days and product launches energize you, they don't rattle you.
• A natural fixer. You ask "how can I help?" before anyone asks you to.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily health of online orders from warehouse intake to shipment.
• Watch pacing against the day’s orders and flag delays early.
• Keep oldest, most urgent orders shipping first.
• Ensure every order is ready to fulfill: correctly statused, allocated, and visible to the right team.
• Move received stock out of staging into pickable spots before pickers run out.
• Speak up fast when inventory is low or needs relocation to a sellable spot.
• Be the go-to problem solver when a picker or packer hits a wall.
• Grow into the Warehouse Manager's right hand for coverage as trust builds.
