Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking a System Support Analyst to support a government system with Windows 11 OS expertise. You will troubleshoot client-side applications, work independently and with a team, and contribute to a mission-critical program.

Role emphasizes Agile practices, incident analysis, and knowledge sharing. Candidates should have a 2+ year systems background and be comfortable in a remote work environment with clear communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2+ years of system support experience.
• Proven ability to research problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge and hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of registry, group policies, AD and Networking basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in an Agile Scrum environment using Jira or similar tool.
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to fast-paced client needs.
• Willingness to learn new tech and progress skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Monitor system uptime, analyze issues, and track trends.
• Identify resolutions and document references for future problems.
• Alert clients and IT staff to issues and collaborate on troubleshooting.
• Rotate with Tier II support to assist users with system questions.
• Learn new technical skills as needed to support the program.
