Dev Technology Group is seeking a System Support Analyst to support a government-focused system and assist noncitizens in the US. The role emphasizes Windows 11 OS proficiency, client-side support, and independent yet collaborative work within an Agile team.

The position offers remote-friendly telework options, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to grow technical skills through Dev University and training programs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 2+ years in system support.
• Ability to research problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge and desktop hardware troubleshooting.
• Understanding of registry, group policy, AD and networking basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong teamwork and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Agile Scrum with Jira or similar tool.
• Remote work capability and ability to adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate to monitor systems, maximize uptime, and analyze issues.
• Document resolutions for future reference.
• Alert clients and IT staff to issues and troubleshoot with them.
• Rotate on Tier II support to assist users with system issues.
• Learn new technical skills to support the program.
