Dev Technology Group is seeking a System Support Analyst to join our government-focused team in the DC metro area. The role involves supporting a critical government system with strong Windows 11 expertise and remote client-side assistance.

You will participate in Agile processes, collaborate across teams, document resolutions, and assist Tier II support. Candidates should have an associate's degree and at least 2 years of experience, plus a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and at least 2 years of system support experience.
• Strong Windows operating system knowledge and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory and networking concepts.
• Agile/Scrum experience using Jira or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Monitor the system to maximize uptime and analyze issues.
• Document resolutions for future reference.
• Alert clients and IT staff to issues and troubleshoot.
• Rotates with Tier II support to assist users.
• Learn new technical skills as needed.
