Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows Endpoints/Workplace services
• Experience as a platform engineer
• Experience with Windows 11, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, update rings, compliance policies, endpoint security policies

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the Windows endpoint platform
• Operate device management and governance
• Translate outcomes into stable BAU operations and repeatable processes
• Lead Intune modernization and Windows 11 rollout
• Manage driver and firmware, and policy scripting governance
• Ensure device compliance and endpoint security
• Troubleshoot issues across the platform
