Job summary

Cynaxus LLC. is seeking a Level 3 Desktop Deployment Engineer to own modern Windows endpoint delivery for managed-service clients. You will architect Autopilot deployments, build cohesive Intune configurations, and harden Windows 11 endpoints to the edge of security baselines.

You will troubleshoot complex enrollment and provisioning issues at scale, documenting fixes in runbooks for repeatable success. This is a remote-first, US-based opportunity offering senior-level compensation.

Qualifications

• Expert depth in Autopilot, Intune and the Microsoft 365 portal for endpoint management.
• Proven experience deploying Windows 11 endpoints with zero-touch enrollment.
• Strong focus on security baselines, ASR, WDAC/AppLocker and BitLocker configuration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate Autopilot deployments end-to-end with enrollment, profiles and diagnostics.
• Develop cohesive Intune configurations including policies, app deployment and Windows Update rings.
• Harden Windows 11 endpoints to meet CIS benchmarks and client security standards.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, policy conflicts, and provisioning issues and document fixes in runbooks.
