Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer for a fully remote role operating on EST hours. This 6-month contract-to-hire position requires DHS EOD eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree, and deep experience with Windows endpoint management using Intune and Autopilot.

You will automate deployments with PowerShell, manage Azure Active Directory, and drive patching and security baselines across enterprise devices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Intune experience including policy deployment and patching.
• Proficient PowerShell scripting and Azure Active Directory knowledge.
• Experience packaging, testing, deployment, and issue remediation.
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Intune administration including compliance policies, app deployment and patching.
• Create and deploy Intune configurations, policies, and settings.
• Maintain Windows 11 baseline configurations and Autopilot support.
• Develop security baselines with Engineering and Security teams.
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks and respond to escalations.
• Provide guidance to less-experienced engineers and liaise with clients.
