Job summary

ActioNet is seeking an Infrastructure Manager II to design, implement, and support enterprise Windows infrastructure and security solutions. The role emphasizes Windows Server and endpoint governance, with responsibilities spanning AD, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Defender security products.

You will lead infrastructure initiatives, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with cross-functional IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server OS and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Administer and support Windows endpoint management (Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Azure AD).
• Manage OS deployment, patching, and lifecycle maintenance.
• Configure virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure).
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity of infrastructure.
• Implement security controls, MFA, encryption, and monitoring.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
