Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Windchill Technical Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise PLM solutions using the Windchill platform. The role demands hands-on leadership, deep Windchill Java API expertise, Info*Engine, workflow customization, and system integrations across ERP, MES, and CRM.

Remote work is supported for US-based candidates with a strong, scalable PLM track record.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional Windchill PLM experience.
Expert knowledge of Windchill Java API, Info*Engine, workflows, and OIRs.
Strong Java, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL skills.
Experience integrating Windchill with ERP, MES, CRM, and other systems.
Leadership, mentoring, and ability to drive best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Windchill customizations using Windchill Java API.
Architect and configure complex workflows, lifecycle templates, OIRs, and access control.
Develop services, event listeners, REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
Customize Windchill UIs using JSP, HTML, JavaScript.
Plan data migrations, bulk loading, and upgrade strategies.
Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure high availability.
Create reports and dashboards to support business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable PLM solutions.
Lead design reviews, set development standards, document solutions.
Mentor junior developers and support Windchill initiatives.
