Job summary

3 HTi, LLC is seeking an Enterprise PLM Technical Implementation Consultant to implement PTC Windchill software for diverse clients across the United States. You will install, design, and drive adoption of Windchill solutions while gathering requirements and shaping future state processes.

The role requires 5+ years with Windchill, strong Java/JSP/JavaScript/XML skills, and excellent communication. Travel is minimal (<10%). Remote-based positions are available in several cities but headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• 5 years experience with Windchill.
• Experience with Windchill PLM, PDMLink, and Windchill products.
• Knowledge of Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, XML for Windchill customization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to oversee multiple activities including infrastructure design, upgrades, customizations, and workflow development.
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Engineering/Computer Science.
• Capable of interfacing with customers and coordinating requirements and deployments.
• Experience in resource planning and allocation.
• Willingness to travel, with travel under 10%.

Responsibilities

• Install, design, develop, test, and drive adoption of Windchill-based software solutions for various clients.
• Identify and document current processes, analyze gaps, and propose future state with user buy-in.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and generate functional specs.
• Formulate workflow processes from customer input and bridge gaps in the current state.
• Work directly with customers and development teams to deliver solutions.
