Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced PLM Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate Windchill integrations with ERP, MES, and CAD systems. You will own the technical integration layer and mentor junior engineers, translating complex requirements into durable, well-documented solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on Windchill integration, middleware patterns, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of PLM integration experience with a strong focus on Windchill.
• Hands-on experience with InfoEngine and Windchill Java API.
• Experience designing PLM-to-ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle).
• Working knowledge of CAD integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, or SAP CPI.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Windchill data model.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between Windchill and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud) using InfoEngine, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Build CAD integrations for Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, and NX with Windchill, including check-in/check-out workflows and metadata mapping.
• Develop integrations between Windchill and MES, MOM, and quality systems.
• Build REST and SOAP services for Windchill data using OData, InfoEngine, or custom Java services.
• Implement message-based and event-driven integrations using middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, SAP CPI).
• Profile and optimize performance of high-volume integrations, delivering gains in throughput, latency, or resource efficiency.
• Lead migration efforts to retire legacy point-to-point integrations and replace with modern patterns.
• Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and CAD teams to align integrations with business processes.
• Develop integration documentation, message specifications, and runbooks.
