Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Windchill PLM professional to lead design, development, and delivery of PLM solutions across industries. This remote role combines architectural thinking with hands-on technical leadership to ensure robust, scalable implementations aligned with client objectives.

You will oversee end-to-end Windchill design, configuration, and integration, manage data migrations, and guide cross-functional teams toward high-quality, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project leadership.
• Deep expertise in PTC Windchill products including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools.
• Hands-on Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across modules and domains.
• Manage configuration, customization, and integration to meet client needs.
• Oversee data migration and transformation with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with goals.
