Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a seasoned Windchill Solution Architect to lead design, development, and delivery of PLM solutions across industries. The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality implementations aligned with client goals.

You will drive end-to-end Windchill PLM implementations, oversee migrations, and coordinate across remote teams to meet delivery timelines while maintaining best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• You bring 10-15 years of Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project leadership.
• Deep expertise in Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS.
• You are proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools.
• You have hands-on Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design.
• You are familiar with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• You possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across modules and domains.
• Manage configuration, customization, and integration to meet client needs.
• Oversee data migration and transformation with accuracy and compliance.
