Job summary

TerraForm Power is seeking a Project Manager, Wind in New York City/Remote to coordinate engineers, contractors and vendors on wind facility projects across the US. Travel 25%–50% will be required to effectively manage assigned projects.

You will ensure safety and environmental compliance, prepare tendering documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate EPC and procurement agreements. Strong PM experience in wind or renewables is preferred, with leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years engineering or project management experience.
• PM certification preferred.
• Wind experience required; other renewables ok.
• Field experience with safety and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors and consultants across wind projects.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and contract compliance.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders and bid packages.
• Negotiate EPC and procurement agreements with teams.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget performance.
• Develop budgets and robust business cases with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide direction to construction professionals and stakeholders.
• Track costs and submit monthly forecasts; manage change orders.
• Support due diligence and potential growth activities.
