Overview

Lead ServiceNow Developer – Direct Hire Opportunity. Fortune-ranked global manufacturer seeking a skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to guide the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level digital solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Client Location: Oshkosh, WI

Jobsite Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite at Oshkosh, WI, Hagerstown, MD, or McConnellsburg, PA

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to enterprise requirements.
• Drive platform upgrades, enhancements, and new feature deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze needs, propose solutions, and translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
• Ensure platform security, data integrity, and performance optimization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows.
• Lead and mentor developers on best practices within ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM domains.
• Identify automation and AI/ML opportunities to increase efficiency and self-service capabilities in collaboration with business units.
• Integrate systems using REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs for seamless connectivity.
• Manage special projects focused on ROI, innovation, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, and Agile/DevOps frameworks
• Experience leading ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and custom modules
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
