Focused HR Solutions seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Wisconsin client project. You will implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, driving automation and IT service efficiency across business functions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in ServiceNow, strong JavaScript/HTML5/CSS, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP API experience, with ITSM/ITAM module expertise. On-site Madison, WI reporting 1-2 times per quarter; remote within Wisconsin.

Qualifications

Candidate will be allowed to work remote within the State of WI. Candidate must report on-site in Madison, WI 1-2 times per quarter. ALL WORK – REMOTE INCLUDED – MUST BE DONE IN WISCONSIN.

Candidate must be a CURRENT WisconsinResident - No Relocation Allowed. Candidates NOT located IN WISCONSIN will NOT be considered and should not be submitted.

All work including remote work must be completed in the State of Wisconsin. No work outside of Wisconsin is allowed. Candidate must work CST business hours.

Candidate must provide their own equipment. All remote work must be completed in the United States.

Our direct client has an opening for a ServiceNow Developer Exp # 164456. This position is for 12+ months, with option of extension, and will be worked remotely in Wisconsin. Candidate must report on-site in Madison, WI 1-2 times per quarter.

Required/Desired Skills:

• 6+ years - Fluency in various programming languages, such as JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, and Glide scripting and SQL.
• 6+ years - ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• 6+ years - Creating ServiceNow Business Rules, and UI Policies.

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a ServiceNow Developer role. In this position, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless IT services management solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and others based on business needs.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
• Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
• Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.
• Provide training and support to end users.

Certifications:

Preferred credentials include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, math, engineering, information systems, or a related field.

Experience:

Requires six to nine years.
