Job summary

Carrington in the United States seeks an Account Executive for TPO to develop and maintain broker and seller relationships, selling wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. You will call on potential or existing brokers to develop new business or retain existing Carrington customers, and act as a liaison to facilitate loan closings.

The role requires navigating policy changes, training brokers on online systems, managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring compliance deadlines.

Qualifications

• Compliance with US laws and company policies

Responsibilities

• Identifies, contacts, and gains approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers
• Maintains broker/seller relationships to ensure steady loan applications and purchases
• Advises brokers/sellers on company programs, pricing, submission policies, and procedural changes
• Assists brokers/sellers in loan submissions and trains on online systems for submissions, underwriting, rate sheets, and loan locks
• Liaises with brokers, processor, underwriter, and closing teams to ensure timely closings and compliance deadlines
• Maintains CRM contacts and protects customer confidentiality
• Manages loan pipeline to meet department goals and provide high levels of service to brokers/sellers
