Job summary

Bellroy is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our US wholesale team, to keep orders flowing and retailers informed. You’ll process orders, reserve inventory, and provide the data that helps the wholesale team forecast and decide. You’ll spot issues early and help retailers with onboarding and invoicing as needed.

Based remotely in the US, you’ll collaborate with the Melbourne planning and finance teams and report to a US-based manager. A strong eye for detail and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in wholesale support or sales coordination in consumer goods.
• Experience keeping price sheets and inventory accurate.
• Strong communication across retailers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and reserve inventory with planning teams.
• Keep retailers updated and supply data for informed decisions.
• Spot pricing errors or stock mismatches before they become issues.
• Assist retailers with onboarding, invoicing, and paperwork as needed.
