Job summary

Free People is seeking an Account Executive to support the wholesale specialty business by partnering with the Sales Manager to drive sales, manage operations, and ensure consistent execution across accounts.

You will meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual sales and shipping goals, while handling weekly analytics, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and customer service. Remote Rockies territory focus.

Qualifications

• Wholesale sales or buying experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytic skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Canva experience is a plus.
• Understanding of retail math and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales and shipping goals on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual basis.
• Weekly Line Sheet updates based on ATS reports
• Submit Return Authorizations, Damage Requests and Credit Memos for Specialty Team
• Work in Canva to create Weekly email and marketing blasts
• Partner with operations and customer service teams to deliver timely and complete orders to accounts; track and monitor shipping
• Responsible for the overall scope of the business; anticipate next steps to meet goals
• Monitor market trends and identify future business opportunities and profitability
• Increase brand awareness within the NW territory
• Ensure order maintenance is executed in a timely manner
• Administrative work related to specialty store product setups, ATS reports, and scheduling
• Monitor and compile weekly selling analysis; identify reorder and replenishment opportunities
• Attend showroom market appointments and major trade shows
• Must have a global awareness of the Free People business.
