Job summary

Allegion is seeking a WFM Systems Engineer to design, configure, and optimize Kronos/UKG Pro WFM across enterprise environments. You will drive automation, AI-enabled processes, and integrations with HRIS, payroll, and other systems.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable WFM solutions, improve timekeeping accuracy, scheduling efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting a flexible remote work model.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in information systems, CS, HR tech, or business.
5+ years supporting Kronos/WFM in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of WFM processes: timekeeping, scheduling, leave, payroll readiness, compliance, and reporting.
Experience configuring WFM rules, profiles, security, workflows, integrations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Kronos / UKG Pro WFM components including timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and analytics.
Configure and maintain WFM components: pay rules, work rules, attendance policies, and automation rules.
Design AI-enabled and automation-driven solutions to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Ops, Legal, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Support integrations between UKG Pro WFM and HRIS, payroll, identity management, data platforms, and middleware.
Troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, data discrepancies, and payroll-impacting incidents; coordinate resolution.
