UKG Pro WFM Engineer — HR Systems & Scheduling (Hybrid)

Job summary

CarMax is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Specialist to support timekeeping, attendance, accruals and scheduling within our HR platforms. You’ll analyze issues, gather requirements, implement changes, and test solutions that integrate with Workday and payroll. The role offers a HYBRID work arrangement with on-site presence in Richmond or Plano a few days per week.

You'll work on Kronos/UKG Pro WFM modules, APIs, and Boomi integrations to enable accurate HR tasks and data flows for associates nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Kronos and/or UKG Pro WFM platforms.
• Understanding and experience implementing changes in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation and Forecasting modules.
• Experience using, developing and implementing Dell Boomi Integrations.
• Understanding and development/configuration in the Advanced Scheduling space.
• Experience with Data Hub – Google BigQuery.
• Familiarity with UKG Pro WFM APIs and webhooks, including integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis and resolution.
• Diagnose, resolve and document application errors.
• Gather requirements, develop and test key UKG Pro WFM modules.
• Follow change management processes for all changes to production systems.
• Work to integrate key business and HR processes in UKG Pro WFM and with existing HR platforms (Workday, Payroll, etc.).
