Job summary

Ladders’ client, a leader in information technology, seeks a WFM Systems Engineer to serve as the technical expert for workforce management platforms, focusing on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing timekeeping and payroll compliance.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business to align system capabilities with operational needs, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and design smarter, automated workforce operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, CS, HR tech, business, etc.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with enterprise WFM systems (Kronos UKG)
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping and payroll compliance processes
• Experience configuring WFM rules, workflows, and integrations
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data transformation
• Troubleshooting skills for system defects and integrations
• Experience with automation and AI applications in business operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for the workforce management platform
• Configure and maintain system components, rules, workflows, and policies
• Design AI-driven solutions to improve workforce operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align system solutions with business needs
• Support integrations between workforce management and other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions
• Create and manage analytical dashboards to support decision-making
