Allegion in the United States is seeking a WFM Systems Engineer to design, configure, support, and optimize enterprise Workforce Management within Kronos / UKG Pro. This role offers a flexible remote arrangement with occasional on-site visits as needed.

WFM Systems Engineer

The WFM Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing enterprise Workforce Management capabilities within Kronos / UKG Pro Workforce Management. As a WFM Systems Engineer, you will combine deep WFM platform expertise with automation, integration, analytics, and AI-enabled process improvement to improve timekeeping accuracy, scheduling efficiency, labor compliance, payroll readiness, and employee experience.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.
