Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a senior technologist to lead WFM solutions using UKG ProWFM, SWP, and Datahub, and to integrate with HRIS, payroll, and ERP systems. You will architect end-to-end workflows, guide automation, and ensure security and governance across markets.

You will design scalable Boomi integrations, work with Java and Python teams, and apply AI to optimize workforce processes while collaborating in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with UKG ProWFM implementations (3+ years in ProWFM).
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Software/CS required.
• Design and deploy cloud-based WFM solutions, preferably on GCP.
• Use AI to enhance workflows for teams.
• Java and Python programming experience.
• API management and event-based systems.
• Experience with OpenAI concepts (LLMs, RPA, ML).
• REST APIs, web services, and asynchronous/synchronous communication patterns.
• Event-driven data streaming and data governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WFM solution design using UKG products (ProWFM, SWP, Datahub).
• Architect and govern integration flows between ProWFM and HRIS, payroll, ERP, and analytics tools.
• Develop scalable Boomi integration solutions and custom connectors.
• Provide technical leadership and guide automation tests for web services and APIs.
• Create design specs, user guides, and training materials; ensure security and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with product teams and other partners; support agile delivery.
