Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Leader to own the UKG Pro WFM and WFC roadmap, lead global implementations, and drive platform modernization. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Technology to translate requirements into scalable WFM solutions.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage production support and integrations, and ensure compliant, timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced global retail setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise Workforce Management implementations, maintenance, and large-scale transformations.
• UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and UKG Workforce Central (WFC) expertise required.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, labor forecasting, attendance, accruals, and labor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute the WFM roadmap; manage vendor partnerships and production support.
• Design and implement strategic plans for WFM capabilities and platform modernization.
• Lead global implementations and migrations; ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Oversee integrations between WFM and HR, Payroll, ERP, IAM, and retail systems; ensure data integrity.
