Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive Workforce Management technology experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and UKG Workforce Central (WFC).
- Experience leading UKG within a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience integrating WFM with HR, Payroll, ERP, and related systems.
- Proven leadership developing teams and delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap, optimization, and lifecycle of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and UKG Workforce Central (WFC).
- Lead major UKG implementations, WFC-to-UKG Pro WFM migrations, upgrades, deployments, and feature releases.
- Partner with Retail, HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to translate needs into scalable WFM solutions.
- Drive platform modernization and ensure WFM capabilities meet evolving business needs.
- Own production support, incident and problem management, releases, and governance.
